Guidelines for characters derivative works
Article 1 (General)
Aquariumy Studio Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has created these guidelines in the hope that creators will enjoy creating derivative works of the characters appearing on "harbor bcg" (hereinafter referred to as "this service"). As long as creators comply with these guidelines, our company will not claim copyright infringement against them for their derivative works.
Article 2 (Characters)
Characters mean the following.
(1) Remy, a girl who supports game users
(2) Captains active in battles
Article 3 (Creators)
Individuals and corporations are allowed to create derivative works.
Article 4 (Scope)
Commercial use as a side business is permitted, not just for coterie activities and hobbies. However, if sales from derivative works activities exceed 10,000 USD per year, they are considered to be outside the scope of side business and an application for a license is required.
Article 5 (Prohibition)
Our company prohibits any of the following acts.
(1) Acts that violate these guidelines.
(2) Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
(3) Acts related to crime.
(4) Acts based on discrimination or prejudice regarding religion, race, gender, ethnicity, human rights, etc.
(5) Acts of directly or indirectly providing profits to antisocial forces.
(6) Acts that damage the honor or credibility of a third party by slandering, etc.
(7) Acts that may interfere with the operation of this service.
(8) Acts of publishing characters as one's own work or product without derivative works.
Article 6 (Amendment)
Any changes to these guidelines shall be effective upon our posting of the revised guidelines on the official site of "harbor bcg" (hereinafter referred to as "this site").
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
Our company shall not be liable for any disputes with third parties that may arise as a result of actions related to derivative works.
Article 8 (Others)
By these guidelines, our company does not waive the copyrights and neighboring rights of the characters, but reserves these rights.
