Privacy Policy
Article 1 (General)
Aquariumy Studio Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), which operates “harbor bcg” (hereinafter referred to as “this service”), respects the privacy of users of this service (hereinafter referred to as “users”) and shall take the utmost care in managing users’ personal information. The Company shall strictly manage personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law and the Administrative Scrivener Law and shall make every effort to maintain its confidentiality. However, the Company shall make no guarantee to users that leakage or loss of information or falsification by others will be completely prevented.
Article 7 (Inquiry)
The Company shall verify the identity of a user when the user requests to view or delete the user’s personal information. If the Company determines that the inquiry was made by the user, the Company shall respond within a reasonable period.
Article 8 (Amendment)
Any changes to this privacy policy, including changes to the purpose of use and management of personal information, shall be effective when the revised privacy policy is posted on the official site of “harbor bcg” (hereinafter referred to as “this site”).
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
Even if a third party obtains a user’s personal information, the Company shall not be liable in the following cases.
(1) When the user discloses personal information to a third party using the functions of this service or other means.
(2) When the user consents to such acquisition of personal information by the third party.
(3) When personal information is obtained from another site linked within this site.
The Company assumes no responsibility for privacy protection on sites linked from this site.
Visits to linked sites shall be at the user’s own responsibility.
